“Ever since I was little I loved working out, around fourteen years old I really started  to commit to building lean muscle. After a while I saw progress but nothing close to what I wanted. A friend of mine referred me to Go Forth so I gave it a shot. Me and Alex decided an eight week program would be right for me to start off with at the time. My whole fitness life changed completely and I went from unorganized, to a very strict structured plan that I knew I needed to start making real progress. Only three weeks into my program and i was already seeing results that blew my mind. My final result was a crazy transformation from 158lbs to 180lbs and 11% body fat over the course of 24 weeks. Not only did Alex’s programs work but he made sure I stayed consistent by calling me twice a week and keeping my motivation up. Go Forth Fitness helped me reach the physique I was looking for and now my goals are only higher and there's only progression to come.”
