Complete your assessment

We want all the specific details about you that will help us build a unique program that will work best for you.

 

STEP 3

Get started.

We pick a Monday Start date together.

Submit your payment a week prior to your start date.
We get your programs to you for review at least 2-4 days before your Monday start date.
Your fitness journey begins,  with confidence.

We ensure during our weekly check-ins that the programs are working for you, and that you’re making continuous progress. If for some reason during the process you come to find that you aren’t satisfied with our service; no worries! We’ll guarantee your money back for the current 6-week phase.
